Warranty

All paver and hardscape materials used in our installations — including pavers, segmental retaining-wall blocks, and natural stone — are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties covering material defects and color integrity.

PNW Lawncare provides a craftsmanship warranty on all installation work. This covers proper site and base preparation, grading, hardscape installation, edge restraints, and finish work. Warranty terms are determined on a project-by-project basis depending on scope, site conditions, and material selections. Specific warranty details are outlined in your project agreement.

Sealing and polymeric sand are maintenance items that require periodic reapplication (typically every 2–3 years in the Inland Northwest climate) and are not covered under the craftsmanship warranty. We offer maintenance plans to keep your paver investment performing and looking its best for years to come.
